QOAB Holding is a Riyadh-based engineering and construction group operating across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors through multiple specialized divisions. Quality sits at the center of every structure the group delivers — execution is not the constraint.

The brand was. As QOAB scaled across divisions, project types, and geographies, its identity hadn't kept pace with its ambition: consistent standards of precision and professionalism across the business, communicated clearly to clients, partners, and the market.

Storm Design Studio was brought in to build a holding-level identity strong enough to unify the group while staying flexible enough to support its continued growth.

The Challenge

Unifying a Growing Engineering Group

QOAB had the operational capability — multiple specialized divisions, strong execution, real scale. The brand didn't reflect any of it. Subsidiaries lacked a shared visual language, which made the group harder to read as a single, authoritative entity.

In a competitive, fast-moving construction market, that gap mattered. Without cohesion across divisions, QOAB struggled to project the trust and long-term vision its scale should have commanded.
