SmartLab is a pioneering initiative by SmartMed Investment, built to redefine access to healthcare diagnostics. Through advanced technology and a seamless service experience, SmartLab offers real-time test results, home sampling, and data-driven insights—all accessible through a single digital platform.

The vision was ambitious: to create a healthcare brand that feels intelligent, intuitive, and approachable. SmartMed partnered with STORM Design Studio to craft a brand that could lead the next chapter of healthcare innovation in Saudi Arabia.

We started by establishing a bold brand framework centered around accessibility, trust, and innovation. The identity system was designed to reflect clarity and precision—with modern typography, a fresh color palette, and a confident visual language that stands out in the healthcare space.

Our work extended into the digital realm, where we designed a responsive website and a mobile app that gives users intuitive access to services, real-time result tracking, and medical support. Every touchpoint was engineered to deliver ease, reassurance, and efficiency.

Supporting this, we developed strategic communication materials and digital campaigns that introduced SmartLab to the public—building awareness, trust, and traction in record time.
