Qoab Holding runs a multi-divisional construction portfolio from Riyadh, with sub-companies working across different parts of the sector.
Groups like this accumulate brands rather than design them. To the market they look like unrelated businesses. To an investor they look like a group that has not decided what it is.

(02) Challenge
Structure before design
A holding group with unrelated division brands cannot use its own scale. Every division sells alone, the parent gets no credit for what its companies deliver, and reputation stays trapped at the division that earned it. The problem was architectural, not visual. Before anything could be drawn, the group had to decide what the parent stands for, what a division inherits, how far a division can differentiate, and what happens the next time Qoab acquires or launches something. Without those rules, any new identity drifts back into the same fragmentation within two years.

(03) Decision
Define structure. Then design.
The position
One principle governs the group: quality without compromise. The architecture was set before any identity work began, defining the parent, the tiers, and the rules between them.
The consequence
The system had to survive growth. The rule for how a new division or acquisition enters the architecture was written at the same time as the architecture itself, so the next company does not become the next exception.
What was built
- A brand architecture defining the parent, the tiers and the rules between them
- A rule for how future divisions and acquisitions enter the system
- A group narrative and the content that carries it across divisions
- An identity holding industrial resilience and modern sophistication together
- Collateral and a digital ecosystem aligned across the group, not per division
How it launched
Narrative, identity and digital went live on the same architecture, so the group reads as one organisation in market rather than only on paper. Started as Storm Lead™, continues as Storm Partner™.
(04) Impact
A group that now gets credit for what its divisions deliver.
