Project Overview
An award is easy to announce and easy to ignore
Section-B is a Jeddah burger brand that won Time Out Jeddah’s Best Burger award for the third consecutive year.
A third win is a real business asset and a weak piece of content. Every restaurant posts its awards, customers scroll past them, and the announcement reinforces nothing.
Storm built the campaign around the only thing an award actually proves: people kept choosing the place. The recognition became a way to speak to them rather than about the brand.

The Challenge
Celebrating without congratulating yourself
Award posts are among the most ignored content in food service. The brand is the subject, the customer is the audience, and there is nothing in it for the person reading.
A third win raises the bar further. Repeating the same announcement for a third time reads as routine, and routine is the opposite of what a win is supposed to signal.
The campaign also had to work inside the restaurant, not only on a feed. A tray mat reaches someone who already chose to be there, which is a different job from reaching someone who has not.
WHAT WE DID
- Built the campaign on one line: we did not win alone, we won with you
- Turned the announcement into an acknowledgement of customers and staff
- Set an art direction that reads as confident rather than triumphant
- Wrote the content so the customer is the subject and the brand is not
- Carried the message onto tray mats, where it lands mid-visit
- Extended it to uniforms so the team shares the win rather than delivering it
- Put it on gift cards so the recognition travels with a purchase
- Held one message across social and marketing material instead of versioning it

Storm 4D Method®
From research to reality
1/4 Discover
Looked at how award announcements actually perform in food service, and found the brand-as-subject format doing most of the damage.
2/4 Define
Positioned the third win as shared rather than earned alone, which gave the campaign a reason to speak to customers instead of at them.
3/4 Design
Set an art direction carrying confidence without triumph, and wrote copy short enough to work on a tray mat and a feed at the same time.
4/4 Deliver
Extended the idea across social, tray mats, uniforms, gift cards and marketing material, so the announcement became something guests walked into.
