Project Overview
Credentials patients can act on
Dr. Ammar Allouni is a UK-trained Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon practising across the United Kingdom and the Emirates. Full GMC registration, membership of BAAPS, BAPRAS and ISAPS, and twenty years of practice sit behind each consultation.
In elective surgery the patient does the research themselves. They compare surgeons across websites, credentials, before-and-after galleries and reviews, often over weeks, and they are making a decision they cannot reverse.
Storm® rebuilt the brand and the website around how patients actually run that process, in English and Arabic, across two markets that behave nothing alike.

The Challenge
Two markets, one standard of proof
A UK patient shaped by NHS standards reads credentials as the primary signal. GMC registration, professional memberships, training history and clinical restraint carry the decision. Marketing polish makes them suspicious.
The Emirates aesthetic market moves faster and reads differently. Outcome imagery, accessibility and responsiveness matter earlier, and a surgeon who presents only credentials can read as distant.
The same surgeon, the same qualifications, two audiences that judge on different evidence. Building one brand that satisfies both without diluting either was the actual problem, and it had to work identically in Arabic and English.
WHAT WE DID
- Built the brand strategy around the patient research process, not the practice
- Structured credentials so GMC, BAAPS, BAPRAS and ISAPS carry weight without listing
- Wrote bilingual content matched to how each market evaluates a surgeon
- Designed the brand identity to hold clinical authority and approachability together
- Designed the UX around the questions a patient asks before booking
- Built the site to serve both a UK and an Emirates patient without splitting the brand
- Designed and developed the full bilingual website
- Set the content rules so the practice can publish without eroding the standard

Storm 4D Method®
From research to reality
1/4 Discover
Studied how patients research and choose a surgeon in both markets, and where the existing brand lost them during that process.
2/4 Define
Set one position strong enough to hold in the UK and the Emirates, then wrote the bilingual content structure around it.
3/4 Design
Designed the identity and the interface so credibility and accessibility sit together rather than competing.
4/4 Deliver
Built and handed over the bilingual website with content rules the practice can run without losing the standard.

Client Testimonial
"Storm Design Studio understood that a surgeon's brand needs to earn trust before a patient ever steps into the consultation room. The new website reflects the standard I hold in clinical practice, precise, considered, and built around what patients actually need to know. The result has been a clear improvement in the quality of consultation enquiries."
