Section-B is a Jeddah burger brand that won Time Out Jeddah’s Best Burger award for the third consecutive year.
A third win is a real business asset and a weak piece of content. Every restaurant posts its awards, customers scroll past them, and the announcement reinforces nothing.

(02) Challenge
Celebrating without congratulating yourself
Award posts are among the most ignored content in food service. The brand is the subject, the customer is the audience, and there is nothing in it for the person reading. A third win raises the bar further, because repeating the same announcement a third time reads as routine, and routine is the opposite of what a win is supposed to signal. The campaign also had to work inside the restaurant, not only on a feed. A tray mat reaches someone who already chose to be there, which is a different job from reaching someone who has not.

(03) Decision
Put the customer first
The position
The campaign was built on one line: we did not win alone, we won with you. An award only proves that people kept choosing the place, so the recognition became a way to speak to them rather than about the brand.
The consequence
Confidence without triumph. The art direction and the copy were held short enough to work on a tray mat and in a feed at the same time, so one message carries every surface instead of being versioned per channel.
What was built
- A campaign turning the announcement into an acknowledgement of customers and staff
- An art direction reading as confident rather than triumphant
- Copy written so the customer is the subject and the brand is not
- The message carried onto tray mats, where it lands mid-visit
- Uniforms so the team shares the win rather than delivering it
- Gift cards so the recognition travels with a purchase
How it launched
One message ran across social, tray mats, uniforms, gift cards and marketing material at once, so the announcement became something guests walked into rather than scrolled past.
(04) Impact
An award that reached the people who earned it.
